Growing up in India meant I was made to eat my fair share of Indian food, and then I taught myself how to cook it when I moved to Australia, I’m keen to dispel any ignorance that prevails around the cuisine.
Diverse, flavourful, wholesome and healthy cooking is the norm in many Indian households. There is a world of options beyond Aloo Gobi and Sang Paneer, which remain largely unexplored.
