INGREDIENTS:
For the test:
● 500 g of flour
● 1 Cup of milk
● 2 tbsp sugar
● 2 tsp dry yeast
● 1 tsp salt
● 2 eggs
● 100 g of melted butter
● 1 yolk for greasing the top of the cake
For filling:
● 500 g fillet of white sea fish
● 3 medium onions
● 2 tbsp vegetable oil plus a few more drops to lubricate the baking tray
● salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
1. I made the dough in a bread maker, but you can do it just like that. If we make the dough in a bread maker, then pour the milk to the bottom of the container, break the egg and pour in the melted butter.
Top with flour, sugar and salt. In the flour, make a recess and pour the yeast into it. Put on a quick cycle for the dough (in my bread maker - 45 min.)
2. if you prepare the dough without a bread maker, first dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm milk and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes. Sift the flour with salt, make a hole in the flour, pour in the milk with yeast, beat in the egg, pour in the melted butter. Knead the dough and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.
3. While the dough is suitable, prepare the filling. RUB the fish fillet with salt and pepper.
Cut the onion in half rings and RUB it in the heated vegetable oil until light Golden color, about 6 minutes.
4. roll out the Dough on a greased surface with vegetable oil quite thin, to a thickness of 6-8 mm. You should get an oval-shaped layer.
5. Distribute the onion layer on the dough in the center, closer to one of the narrow edges of the oval.
Put the fish fillet on the onion. Around the filling, make incisions as shown in the photo. We braid the filling with strips of dough like "pigtails". "Fish tail" is left unaffected. Transfer to a foil-covered and oiled baking sheet.
6. Put in a preheated oven to 190 C for 25-30 minutes. In the middle of the process, grease the cake with egg yolk.Remove from the oven and leave for 10-15 minutes, covered with a towel.And you can also make small individual fish dishes, for one fish fillet each! And, by the way, this time we added a little lightly fried sweet pepper to the onion,and it also turned out very well.Serve as one of the appetizers for a festive table or as a main dish for lunch or dinner.

Simple to prepare, but insanely delicious meat on the bone is prepared in many countries and, accordingly, in different ways. It is boiled in water or beer, baked, first boiled, then brought to a condition in the oven, and more refined dishes are popular, such as stuffed knuckle or roll from it. All of them are interesting and good in their own way, but a less time - consuming and win-win option is a pork knuckle baked in a sleeve. The meat turns out to be tender and juicy, easily departs from the bone, and a ruddy slightly sweet crust, as a rule, causes a General stir, who will get more.
Pork knuckle – 1 PC. (800-1000g)
Garlic-5-6 cloves
Salt – 1 tablespoon
Ground pepper – 1 teaspoon

Ingredients:
400 g cottage cheese (homemade)
1 tbsp + 1 tbsp sugar (dough+cream)
4 PCs. chicken eggs (dough-yolks, cream-whites)
2 tsp baking soda
2.5-3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp corn starch
900 ml cow's milk
300 g butter (room temperature)
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
150-200 g walnut
Cooking process
This delicate and very delicious homemade cake is always on my holiday table. Prepare the dough. Cottage cheese (I have fat homemade) RUB well with sugar (1 tbsp.). If the curd is dry, it is desirable to RUB it through a sieve. Add the yolks and soda to the curd mass (extinguish with lemon juice).
Leave the mass at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, so that it increases by about two to three times. Add the flour in small batches to the curd mass, mixing well each time. Add the flour until the dough is manageable, that is, it will roll into a good ball without sticking to your hands. Put the dough on a surface covered with flour, divide into 10-12 equal parts, and roll out thin round cakes from each part.
Bake the cakes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Do not go anywhere: the cakes are thin and bake for just a few minutes!
Prepare the cream. Mix the whites well with 1 Cup of sugar and vanilla sugar. Add 2 tablespoons (under the knife) of flour and a spoonful of starch (previously stirred in a small amount of cold milk, so that there are no lumps). Boil the milk, stirring, add the whites and cook the custard. Unparliamentary. (The more flour or starch-the thicker the cream will turn out. The thickness of the cream and the sweetness is adjusted to taste). Next, in a large bowl, beat the butter at room temperature with a mixer until fluffy. Without stopping whipping, gradually add the cooled cream to the whipped butter by spoonful. Beat the cream until smooth. Ready cream smear the cakes.

If you have too much kefir in the refrigerator, do not pour it out in any case – you can prepare delicious homemade gingerbread. I offer a great recipe from the 90s, which was used by my mother. The smell of honey was mind-boggling. I recommend making homemade gingerbread according to this simple recipe.
Products for homemade cakes on kefir:
350 ml of kefir (or yogurt)
1 Cup sugar
2 yolks and 1 white
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp baking soda (incomplete)
Approximately 2 -2.5 cups flour
For Fudge:
1 protein
3 tbsp sugar
Recipe for homemade cakes on kefir:
1. Yolks with one protein (and the second protein to separate for Fudge) and honey beat with sugar, pour this mixture into kefir and vegetable oil. Lightly beat again.
2. Pour in gradually sifted flour with soda (vinegar is not needed, the soda will extinguish the kefir) and knead the dough is not steep.
3. Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick layer, squeeze out the circles with a mold or a hundred-gram Cup, place them on parchment on a baking sheet at a small distance from each other and bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 -190 degrees.
4. While baking gingerbread, prepare a Fudge for them: whisk one protein with 3 tablespoons of sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. You don't need to whisk to steep persistent peaks, but only until the whites turn white and the sugar dissolves.
5. after 20-25 minutes, get the gingerbread out of the oven, quickly spread them with whipped protein (it is very convenient to use a silicone brush for this purpose), you can put them in two layers, as I have, and back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Then remove the cakes on kefir from the oven and transfer to a dish.
Homemade cakes on kefir with honey are ready and ready to eat.
