If you’re wondering….
T-minus 2 days until I have my laparoscopic surgery to diagnosis endometriosis.
So some reminders I’m telling myself:
1️⃣Focus on what your body is capable of, not what it “did” to you. This is not a punishment, but rather a roadblock that you’ll get past!
2️⃣Your stronger than you think you are
3️⃣Do NOT push yourself to feel better. Let your body rest at its own pace
4️⃣Love your body no matter what
5️⃣This will give answers for why I’m in so much pain and bed/couch bound for 2-4 days on that wonderful week of the month
6️⃣YOU. GOT. THIS!
Just like that, my second round of LIIFT4 is done!
8 weeks of work
4 workouts a week
30 minutes a day
You have time to put yourself first. Did I complete this in the “allotted” amount of time? Nope
I went on vacation, I was sick, but I came back to it!

Make it a habit.
It felt weird working out everyday. Getting myself motivated. Changing my eating habits.
Now it feels weird to NOT work out, to eat like crap, to not take care of my body.
Motivation isn’t always there, so find your team, your hype women/men, your cheerleaders - to keep you going even on the hard days!

We are becoming a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange which at its heart means that we can further our mission and reach more people around the globe. Our CEO, Carl Daikeler, has asked that we celebrate with him!!! Not just the fact that we are being publicly traded but the fact that we are JUST getting started and that this will give us even MORE capital and resources to take our mission to the next level!
The New York Stock Exchange was something I wasn’t too familiar with before I heard about this merger! 🤣🤪 In case you’re in that boat too, I thought I’d share a few things because OH MY WORD now that I know the potential of Beachbody going PUBLIC, it makes me even MORE EXCITED to be a coach and to share the coaching opportunity with other mission minded people! There has never been a BETTER TIME to become a Beachbody Coach!!!
Okay so here’s the scoop:
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is an American stock exchange in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan in New York City. It is by far the world's largest stock exchange! OUR CEO, along with a few Super Trainers, WILL BE THERE! 🤯
When a company goes public, the CEO gets to go to the New York Stock Exchange and RING THE BELL on their first day to make it official!
What Is the Opening Bell?
The opening bell refers to the moment a securities exchange opens for its normal daily trading session. The time and conditions of the opening bell differ from one exchange to another. Since 1985, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has used the opening bell to start its trading session at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time. At the NYSE there is a physical bell and an automated ringer that sounds at the beginning of each trading day. Tomorrow Carl will ring it!!!
Understanding the Opening Bell:
Physical trading floors have all but disappeared over the years with the rise of electronic trading. Investors and traders use the term opening bell to describe the opening of a given market. The physical ringing of the opening bell has become a ceremonious event where dignitaries visiting the stock markets or companies that are trading for the first day are given the honor of ringing the bell.
The New York Stock Exchange has two primary functions: It provides a central marketplace for investors to buy and sell stock. It enables companies to list their shares and raise capital from interested investors.
