Like and save this simple but delicious recipe :)
You will need:
༄ 1 cup instant oatmeal
༄ ½ tsp salt
༄ 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (agave syrup, etc.)
༄ 50g almonds
Directions:
Mix the oats with whole almonds or almond petals. Fry the mix on a dry frying pan, add salt and fry for a couple more minutes. Remove from the stove and add maple syrup or any other sweetener. And you're done!
Granola is rich in useful trace elements and vitamin E, which lower the level of cholesterol and improve digestion, also helping you shed weight.
