Diesel and Tilly are Koala detection dogs, specialising in sniffing out Koala scats.
With their help, we can ascertain wether koala's are present (and the density of the population) on your land or in a certain area.

We’ve got a new kid on the block! 🐶
Tilly is a 10 month old working line Border Collie. She was selected as a pup with becoming a koala 🐨 detection dog in mind!
Tilly’s training has been slow and methodical, including obedience and crate training and making sure that she loves to retrieve a ball (and many other objects) so that we alway have a great reward on hand for her when she makes a find.
She’s been exposed to livestock on our small farm, and has even been to check out the beach 🏖
We are very lucky to have koalas on our property and Tilly has progressed in her training to venturing out into the bush to find koala scats.
We are off on an adventure to Mt Rothwell in Victoria this weekend to further our training and learn all we can about being a scent detection team!
