**This increase in the par value of DAVIN stock is a “reverse stock split”, where instead of taking a single stock and splitting into several, DAVIN is taking 4.348 DAVIN shares and squishing them together into a single share of DAVIN (well, KEEPR, by the time it’s all said and done). Based on DAVIN’s last closing price of P2.95/share on July 7th (before it was suspended), the new price would be P12.82/share after the reverse stock split. Keep in mind, the change in par value doesn’t have any impact on the actual “value” of the share, as technically, each shareholder still owns the rights to the same proportional amount of the company as they did before the increase in par value. Owning 100 shares out of 1 billion is the same as 10 shares out of 100M.

Who is Chart Archer?
I was introduced to the stock market by my MBA-JD classmates: that was 2005. Oh well, they are really good when it comes to trading. I was challenged when they introduced-trained me about trading. Of course, we do have most important task to do everyday (reading a minimum of 30 cases for each law subject, what if we have 3 subjs that very particular day?). Honestly, I don't attend classes when I missed a SCRA assignment (case digest stuff) regardless of what subject for that day, I cried and go straight to the library somewhere in RCBC building. To my surprised, the system that my classmates shared was totally for bull market. Thinking that there was a falling three (2000,2001 and 2002) happened before they were trading. Then there was 2008, I was like a soldier died on the field with no one to ask for help (when you run out of ammo) but I did persevered and pushed for a kaizen mindset. This is where I realized that mental toughness (disciplined acquired from my fastest racket sports), helped me well to improve a lot. I don't have a mentor or any group, my classmates were corporate lawyers and I decided to continue my passion in helping the less fortunate (sabi nga nila, those who have less in life, must have more in sports). By the way, I worked also for that corporate life that you know but when I experienced tax issues of my Boss (the company, avoiding billions just to pay taxes), I decided to teach the less fortunate.
THAT PASSION.
To share some pages of my Passion, I intended to teach wherever in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao reaching those remote areas that don't have badminton courts. My sponsors were generous enough to provide my simple needs. Well, I intended to teach teachers how to coach well, for I know that when I teach and share my Skills they will also produce better students. From there, I will conduct assessment from the students that they produce and equipped them with my advanced technology-based training programs. These less fortunate students are then introduced to the UAAP School for their respective tryouts even with the Junior National team as well. The rest is history.
MARKET IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
Experience based, bear market is the brutal downward moves, very aggressive, it will go away further than we expected; driving extended down side than we expected also and there's "blood on the street mode" but don't get me wrong because if you buy too early the next blood might be yours. Sharp rallies, thinking that it's the bottom, but then again it goes some flooring mode, with the stock you owned. WE DON'T KNOW when it will be "retesting it's previous support" happen. Oh well, it was 2008, 2013 (magulo ng kunti), 2015-2016 (mildly worse), and 2017 is when i did spent full time (burned my account, admittedly I was wrong) but the better lesson I've experienced. As always with these bear-boring markets, we can smell the fear (all the time, a lot more FEAR in the air, counter trends are real) but stay disciplined with understanding fear (and all other factors that is related with your disciplined mind).
JUST PERSEVERE.
Another important chapter I've learned so much with regard to bull market, sideways market, and bear market is that we need to deploy, in relation with the discipline in sports I've implemented over the years, the said strat for each market is unique and/or creative wherein opportunities is different and strategies that needs to be executed are totally different. I've realized also that my skills sharpened for bull markets won't worked with the sideways and bear markets; that is i badly need to re-master three weapons designed for each. That's why when I resumed trading (2017), i was thinking like superman mode when i gained few bucks but when it gets cocky, i was disappointed and/or down. Candidly, I'd lost PhP52K na ipon for how many years of coaching. I studied and reviewed what went wrong, same with my regular coaching/training that i took notes everyday, the said discipline helped me well to continue trading.
