How to stay positive amoungst negative news.
We are surrounded by negative news flashes. Why? Because it sells better and seem to create more clicks.
Where do you want to focus on?
Make sure you enjoy the little things in life. Look at your child's smile, see the goid in all the volunteers helping out, clapping for our health care workers.
Look for a good book or a constructive or funny podcast. Don't get sucked it to all the nagativity out there. Focus on goodness, reach out to loved one or friends, do a video chat quize.
Make a list of where you want to go when restrictions are lifted. And don't stop dreaming about your next holiday or your dreamhouse.
Stay safe and be positive.
I wished we found this information earlier with our 2 kids not wanting to sleep at night.

It’s good to stay informed don’t get me wrong.
It can safe your life and that of others.
Our family is showing the symptoms of this horrible virus.
And I must be honest, it is terrifying to feel it creeping down to your lungs.
It prevents me from falling asleep hearing the coughing of the kids,
and feeling the temperature increases of my wife lying next to me.
But we do everything to stay positive.
We don’t try to listen to all the negativity out there, but we focus on the positive.
Now more then ever mental health is so important.
Stay positive, prey, meditate, look for spirituality and look for hope in these dark days.
