What a beautiful evening! 8:30 PM, 73 degrees with a beautiful warm breeze that smells of a mix of apple blossoms and lilacs!!!

Lils tent...
Some of you may remember the 3 kittens (kits) that we found in the weeds by the house 2 years ago! Some of you even contributed to their enormous vet bills as they were so very sick! Lilly was diagnosed with Vestibular disease. She was unable to walk or stand straight a week after she was with us. We thought she had rabies and went into panic! Beth Nebzydoski diagnosed her, and we were so happy to hear she did not have the dreaded diagnoses, although we had no idea how this would affect our sweet little tiger! After hours of holding, babying, ppl trips to the er, and Drs, hours of home rehab, the best we knew how, she has become quite the little comedian! Lil or (Didi) is a contortionist, dancer, heartbreaker, comedian, care giver for our geriatric Indy, (who took care of her) and a household terror! Curtains often become displaced from her window dances, things on tables get broken because she loves to push things off now that she has discovered that she can jump! (Just this spring!) She is much sharper on her feet and loves to bat at things watching them fly! She loves to bat the food left from the dogs dish, and after finishing her food she terrorizes BC by going to his dish and knocking it off the step while he is eating! Just BC, why? Who knows! I had to move him to the step to get away from her, but it didn't work! And after she spills his food across the hall, she eats every morsel! So that is some of our day with Dee. She has to lift up the plastic on the table and make a tent, another why moment, but she has Tabby now doing it on occasion! So the Funny Farm is happy and active and we love every minute at home on the Funny Farm!

This is Lil, also known as "dee". She is a terror. This week she broke the globe to my vintage Hurricane lamp, and this morning had the phone off the hook and batteries torn out of the phone. She rearranges anything she can and when hungry bats the dishes off of the table we feed them on! She's a trip and has that sweet innocent kitten face! She's a bad girl but we love her ! She's a lucky bad girl!

Lils new toy!!!!!! She has been playing with this box all night long! Boxes and toilet paper rolls are their favorite toys! ( oh and did I forget to mention picking flowers out of any arrangement they can find throughout the house!!!!
