Thank you for considering booking with Designs by Kortia. To all new customers and returning customers my response time usually 24-48 hours after receiving your message. This is a very busy season for me and I appreciate your business, patience and support. I try to give every customer the same time to view and alter designs to their likings. I am handling my orders and responses in first come first serve order.

PSA! Everyone make sure you take reset days. I swear I got into the office yesterday and didn’t feel like doing anything. I was hard on myself because I had so much I could be doing. Then I had to realize I’m only human, so I left the office went got my favorite food, drink and sat at the lake. Today I woke up way earlier & hopped in the office feeling refreshed. (We reset everything else when it’s not working / slow, why not give that same energy to our bodies?)
