In 3 weeks time I'll be running up the inside of the building on the left in London 1092 steps 42+ floors🏃♂️
Then abseiling down it from over 200 metres 🧗♂️😱
All to raise money for a charity called Tommys that is dedicated to finding causes and treatments to save babies’ lives as well as providing trusted pregnancy and baby loss information and support 👶
My goals is to raise £1000 right now I'm at £0 so all help is greatly appreciated 😊
I'm be training hard over the next few weeks for the challenge and will be trying to calm my nerves for that huge abseil (the UK's highest) 😮

Of course we had to get a podcast in ! We'd been training together early every morning and did a 12 mile hike the the smokey mountains national park 🏞️
Our previous shows together had been around mental health and wealth. So it just felt right to make this one about the connection between physical and mental health 💯

I'm a Plumber by trade turned full-time E-commerce entrepreneur and motivational speaker trained and endorsed by the world's number public speaker Les Brown.
