The first workshop (9 May) will be of special interest to anyone considering developing distance-based vocational courses. Our keynote speakers for this first workshop, Emma McLean and Dr. Teresa Tyler, offer courses and training related to the human animal bond. Researchers from Exeter have developed this FREE workshop series and are building a community dedicated to distance-based learning, working, teaching, or developing distance-based courses or modules. The idea of the initiative is to also allow participants to share their experiences and learn from each other, and we hope to create a network of peers interested in developing distance-based courses or options, now or in their near futures.
