Walking in nature invites us to open up and listen. Being in touch with our inner knowing is a process of allowing and the natural space encourages us to explore. Which path to follow? What does your inner voice say? Letting our deep knowing lead us is a good muscle to exercise. Be well my friends.

Saw some beautiful Magnolia buds just waiting to open on my walk today. Taking time to move and ease the eyes from my computer screen. Movement is what is important be it physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.

JAN 13 2021 is the new moon, time to plant new desires and ideas and goals. I find this to be a helpful tool of focus, not in a tunnelvision way but in a way that charts my direction of growth.My new seeds of growth are to continue my studies, do more yoga and to open my Health and Wellness Coaching business. Looking forward to tending, nourishing and watching these grow!!
