Delhi SSA Teachers Association will hold a mass protest at DELHI CM house on 16 Oct 2023. Arvind Rana, President and Ajay Upmanyu General Secretary of Samagra Shiksha Teachers Welfare Association of India will attend the protest.

All teachers of Delhi are urged to attend the protest on 16 Oct.

Job Techi Tager , a SSA teacher in Arunachal and former executive member of CEC, All Arunachal Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan Teachers Association is no more. I met him in Guwahati,when I attended a meeting there. Initiative must be taken to provide financial help to the family members. Iam to contribute from my side .

Today Arvind Rana, President and Ajay Upmanyu, General Secretary visited Delhi and met Delhi SSA Teachers and their advocates and provided useful inputs in their ongoing court cases .

The budget sharing trend of Samagra Shiksha is not encouraging. Govt of India is regularly decreasing center's share in teachers salary. Once it was 65:30 for States and 90% for north eastern States and Jammu % Kashmir and 100 % for UT's without Legislature.

Since 2017, Govt of India changed the budget sharing pattern of Teachers Salary for all States including North Eastern states and UT's without legislature. For UT without Legislature , it is still 100 %.

For States(including North East) & UT's with legislature:
60:40 with a Fixed ceiling of Rs 15000, Rs 20000 & Rs 25000 for Primary, Upper Primary teachers & Secondary teachers with 60 % of Centre share in salary of Rs 9000,Rs12000 & Rs15000 respectively.

If any SSA Teacher has doubt then clear it. RTI reply clearly states then SSA ( now Samagra Shiksha) is a vehicle to support States/UT's to implement provisions of RTE Act which also includes appointed of teachers on regular pay scales and service conditions as per section 23 of RTE Act, Section 18 of Model RTE Rules and Section 20 of Central RTE Rules 2010.

There are no rules under Samagra Shiksha and RTE Act for appointed of teachers on contract under SSA, Only regular.

Delay in salary and exploitation is a phenomenon which shall remain in practice as long as service will be on contract under State/UT Samagra Shiksha Society.

The only solution is creation of posts in State/UT Education Department and regularisation thereafter. The time has come to use legal ways if not used yet.

Samagra Shiksha, Govt of India is initiating process for the transfer of first installment to States/Ut's. But it is late. The process should had been started in April. Teachers of many States/UT's are without salary for 2-3 month.

State and UT Governments didn't understand SSA norms for the appointment of teachers and thus created dual cadre of teachers. Govt of India clearly says,

" Separate SSA Teachers cadre not permissible and teachers are to be appointed by state govt not SSA Society "

Since long teachers are asking me to post the information via video, so by tomorrow onwards, I would post the information via video message( you tube channel) informing the information and updates about samagra shiksha of States/UT's.

On behalf of the " Sikkim Probationary and Regular Teachers Association" we would like to thank our HCM for issuing regularisation order to teaching and non teaching staff who had completed 8 years of service as on 31/12/2021.

1. Post Graduate Teachers - 11 candidates
2. Graduate teachers - 32 candidates
3. Primary teachers - 82 candidates
4. Instructors -136 candidates
5 . Lab Assistant - 15 candidates
6. Data entry operators - 2 candidates
7. MIS coordinator - 1 candidate

Total of 279 candidates

Among all 279 candidates, 5 candidates from each district (total 30 candidates) received office orders through Hon'ble Chief Minister sir today at Chintan Bhawan Gangtok.

It was one of the historic days for our teachers who were left out from the previous regularisation process in which 621 candidates (academic as well as professionally qualified ) were regularised last year.

We thank our Hon'ble Chief Minister Shree PS Tamang sir for his thoughtfulness and dedication towards the deprived section of employees who were neglected since many decades.

Without the commitment and strong decision of our HCM it would have never been possible. The credit goes to our HCM.

Second we thank our Hon'ble Minister sir Shree KN Lepcha sir for focussing on the issues time and again and bringing it to the notice of HCM for the fast and swift process.

Special thanks to our ACS sir Shree R.Telang for guiding and taking our prayers seriously.

Last but not the least our thanks goes to Additional secretary Shree Laki Doma Bhutia, despite all odds madam guided us and continuously followed up the process without any delay without her it would never have been possible to make it timely.

We thank Shree Karma Tshering Lama (Deputy secretary 1, Miss Sakchum Lepcha (Deputy secretary 2) and all administration staff for working overtime and also during festive season, the officers sacrificed all the holidays just to help these deprived section of employees, we salute all officials for their dedication 🙏🏼.

Lastly, as per the direction oF HCM soon 105 candidates belonging to category oF WEI/ AEI/ PEI and 54 candidates of accounts cm support staffs will be receiving the regularisation orders.

We thank all our members for trusting us and supporting us whenever needed.
Our executives shall continuously work for the betterment oF Probationary and regular teachers in a day to come. Soon we shall initiate a membership drive and prepare for our yearly program. ( i.E NationaL Education day 2023 ).

Our executives are all intact froM President tO BAC executives and also to school level executives till date and it shall continue to function and work as a bridge between our employee and the government positively whenever needed.

Schedule of Project Approval Board (PAB), Samagra Shiksha 2023-24. In the meeting budget of States/UT's of Samagra Shiksha for financial year 2023-24 would be approved.

Salary of contractual Trained Graduate Teacher under Samagra Shiksha in Andaman and Nicobar is Ra 45250.

Happy New Year to Teachers working under Samagra Shiksha. 19 year have been passed since the appointment of teachers under Samagra Shiksha and State/Ut's Government fails to bring the Samagra shiksha teachers cadre into the state/Ut education Departments on regular basis.

So gather your last strenght and fight with energy never than before. Send ultimatum to state/Ut's govt for time bound regularisation and if Govts is not willing then move courts.

How to pursue regularisation of teachers working under Samagra Shiksha( erstwhile SSA):

1. Representation
2. Protest
3. Court case

First and second options has been lapsed and now is time for third option.

Association has represented the grievance of teachers working under SSA & RMSA ( now Samagra shiksha) many times. For ready reference is a representation dated 27 March 2018 given personally to Joint Secretary,MHRD,Govt of India in New Delhi.

18 years have passed since implementation of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (now Samagra shiksha) and few states/Ut's are still adamant to not to correct its mistake and regularise the services of teachers working under it. What option left other than to file case in respective High Courts of States/UT'S for the implementation of mandatory SSA-RTE norms and regularisation of presently working teachers working under Samagra Shiksha.

All Arunachal Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan Teachers Welfare Association (AASSATA) met Law and Justice Govt of India and submitted Memorandum to shri Kiren Rijiju ji and placed SSA Grievances of India and Arunachal

Centre Govt has declared 4% DA for Centre Govt employees. Now it is 38%. States may also implement it .
