A huge thank you to The Polar Bear Project who have provided Easter eggs for us to deliver to local families. We’ve been in touch with as many as we could today and our lovely Maureen will be out tomorrow safely delivering these lovely Easter goodies!
Massive thank you to Scott Jamieson and family for a fantastic donation of Easter eggs, these will be distributed to local youth football teams, to raise a smile for local children after a difficult 12 months 😁 thank you so much for you support again!
🤍HELLO ALL🤍
We apologise for not being very active since Christmas, as I’m sure you can all appreciate it has been a difficult time for us all!
But again, we as Jamie’s family cannot thank every single person enough who has helped donate, give up time to wrap, deliver gifts, send wishes & support the project in Jamie’s Memory - thanks to your generosity we managed to help give just under 1000 local children who needed it, a Christmas gift 🤍
We are hoping to list some of those who generously donated over the next few weeks to thank you properly 🤍
Cash donations made were used to purchase specific items for children with special required needs or to bulk up age groups with any short falls, the raffle money also left some funds and along side Runcorn Police (who have also been collecting donations), we have been able to purchase 400 Easter Eggs to distribute to nominated specific schools and charities within the local community🐣.
Along with local dental practices we are also aiming including tooth brush and toothpaste donations for the children!
If anyone would like to donate eggs, children’s tooth brushes or toothpaste please message the page!
And once again Thankyou 🤍
*please note as with the Christmas presents, these are going to nominated schools & charities to distribute, we cannot take individual messages/cases*
🐻❄️💙 THANKYOU💙🐻❄️
From the very bottom of our broken hearts, every single person that donated, contributed to raffles, offered help wrapping, delivering gifts and organising this absolutely amazing project set up in memory of our dearly missed & loved, Jamie Evans❤️
Because of that, we managed to directly help a huge 954 local deprived children & their siblings this Christmas!!!!!!
What started as a small family idea, snow balled into helping nearly 1000 children receive a wrapped gift Christmas , we know Jamie would be so proud & we are truly over whelmed at how generous people have been towards making this happen.
Anything left over, was donated to Helping Haltons kids who are so kindly organising Christmas dinners for those in need, to give out💙
We will get round to posting our individual thanks to businesses /people who where an enormous help, but for now - THANKYOU & a merry Christmas to all💙🐻❄️
Christmas is coming early we have around 300 new toys so we would like to be able to give them out on Tuesday so that the little ones get a little early gift from us. A big thanks to The Polar Bear Project and Halton housing for kindly donating them to us after they had a huge response to there appeal.
We’re going to be at Halton lodge shops from 12-2pm on Tuesday with Santa.
Children must collect there own toy and be accompanied by a adult.
Will be hot drinks and minced pies for adults 😁
A HUGE thank you to all at Beechwood Junior Football Club for their donation of ONE THOUSAND POUNDS on Sunday! We were truly blown away at their kindness & generosity!
All raffle/money donations have been used to purchase more items that have been gone directly to local deprived Runcorn children, affected by the corona virus pandemic this Christmas in memory of our Jamie Evans💙 once again, thank you!

Today is our LAST DAY for donations ONEpm--4pm at Bridge View Runcorn if anyone would like to come down and donate!!!
To say we are overwhelmed with what we have achieved is an understatement.
As a family we wanted to do something positive this Christmas in a time where our hearts are in unfixable pieces due to the tragic loss of our dearly loved & missed Jamie Evans, but also in his memory, something as a family we could do together to focus on whilst helping others... ❄️🐾💙
What started out as helping a few locally deprived children in our children’s schools this Christmas, has escalated into a town wide appeal and we have already helped around 400 deprived school children and siblings, receive gifts this Christmas🙏🏼 we still have more to go!
But thank you to EVERY SINGLE person that has donated and made this possible, it’s been hard and challenging at times but so worth it, the change being made to these children that have nothing, is huge!
We hope we have done you as proud as you made us, Jamie💙❄️🐾

For local deprived children this Christmas❤️❄️
Last week we were low on Male/female teen items such as smelly sets pyjamas etc! And pre school items❤️🌲
Hi all,
Once again Thankyou so much for your support in making a difference within the community this Christmas in memory of our dearly missed Jamie Evans❤️🌲❄️
However, as we only intended on this being a small family run event we made a decision at the beginning to distribute the gifts via local schools/nurseries only so are unable to take on individual cases personally.
We are liasing with many schools around our local area & are currently aware of an idea of just how many children in our community sadly this year, will go without due to hardworking families being shattered financially by the coronavirus pandemic💔
‼️If you are struggling & have been effected by covid this Christmas, we ask you contact your child’s school/nursery to maintain full confidentiality & to allow us to ensure the gifts are given out properly & fairly (regarding covid, volunteer timing etc).
If Anything at all is left over it will be distributed to other local year round charities‼️
We also ask however sadly, please be respectful. We are trying to make a positive difference out of such a heartbreaking tragedy, but we are still grieving & all of this is being done out of our own time & the goodness of people within our local community coming together.
We have been alerted of people not being completely honest & trying to abuse this as a ‘free toy’ drive😞.
It is not, please be mindful of the families in our community that can not afford to heat their houses let alone Christmas presents for their children this year & respect the generosity & kindness of those donating for those most in need❤️
We hope you all understand, once again Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts everyone who has been and is getting involved in making a HUGE difference to our local children❤️
DONATION DROP 2PM-4PM Bridge View Runcorn Old Town, SUNDAYS ONLY car park entrance only ❤️🌲
♥️💙
Guys, we was going to run a toy appeal alongside our usual service over the Christmas period but after hearing The Polar Bear Project were doing just that we certainly didn't want to hamper the great work they will be doing so we ask if any one would like to make any toy donations please get in touch with the amazing team over there. They will be working closely with the schools so please speak with your child's teacher if you need help with a few presents and they will contact TPBP on your behalf. Everyone give there page a follow too.
