We found this great place FLX Nutrition located at 1503 Canandaigua Rd. in Macedon. We had this amazing meal replacement shake called Mississippi Mud Pie. It tasted just like a good chocolate Crumbl cookie but so much healthier. They only use the best ingredients, plus they use ice and water instead of dairy for those of you that have dairy allergies or intolerances. They also have a large variety of Teas. People that know us call us food critics, I guess we are and we give this place a 5 star rating. It has a relaxing atmosphere with great staff that made you feel comfortable and explained all about their products. The owner Nicole has put her heart and soul into this business.
