body control at all times. By doing this, it keeps
all the emphasis on the lower AB. That means no swinging. You will feel the burn I guarantee it. We
all have issues with that part of our stomach. For beginners, you can start off with knee tucks to
work your way up to strengthening your ABs.
I started out with the knee tucks. It’s not an easy
exercise to do, it’s going to take repetitions. It’s
going to take your breath away.😄
💥💥Other benefits doing Leg Raises are you’re
hanging through out this exercise whether it’s for
6,8,10 or so reps and strengthening your arms,
shoulders, & forearms first a strong grip. You want
to form that bottom part of your stomach to get
