Dragon Tech is posting this job on behalf of Barod who are a carmarthenshire based company looking to hire the right candidate to help with the app they had us develop. Dragon Tech will be helping them during the interview process and providing support to any candidates through the term of their employment.
Job Brief:
We are looking for a skilled IT Coordinator who will maintain our IT systems and networks along with assisting in the development of our APP. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency. We are looking for a candidate who is happy to work as part of a team and help all other members of the team with their roles as needed. Responsibilities:
Institute protocols for the use of IT across projects
Provide technical support or training for systems
Act as link between end users and higher level support
Perform troubleshooting
Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
Ideal Candidates Would have:
Solid Knowledge of IT and networking systems
Ability to Troubleshoot and repair common issues
Experience programming in c #
Great Attention to detail
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
