The Beef Kulma is definitely not your ordinary beef curry. It is one of our traditional cuisines passed on to different generations. The beef is stewed for hours in coconut milk, tomato paste, peanut butter, and curry powder which brings out its amazing flavors. Level of spiciness is just enough that I grew up enjoying this dish as a child. For us Tausugs, nothing beats pairing this with white steaming rice!

It started out as a small vision in which I wanted to share curated homemade recipes from my kitchen to yours that I materialized back in April with the one that started it all - The Baked Cheesy Beef Penne. With the growing love and support from repeat customers and new customers, I have been able to expand my menu to offer The Australian Ribeye Steak, The Baked Chicken Pocket Pie, and The Baked English Scones. With increasing my production from my small kitchen, I was able to provide extra income to my hardworking staff and close deals with trusted and local suppliers. It has truly been a tough time, but by helping each other out, we will find ways to cope.
