- Miles joined Jariod in 2021 as a java developer. Currently, Miles heads Jariod Studios along with his younger brother Jackson. Outside of Jariod, Miles enjoys playing baseball and hanging out with his two cats!

As the sun sets on our 2022 summer season, we wanted to take a moment to recognize our MC-Server staff teams. This weekend, we said goodbye to 28 seasonal moderators. Combined with our 79 year round team members, they worked tirelessly to ensure a fair and fun experience for over 8,900 unique players on our three servers. THANK YOU!

Job Desciption: Jariod Group, LLC. Is a well know holding firm managing multiple projects such as: Jariod Studios, Jariod Operations, Jariod Academy, Cubedgroup, and Snowfly.

Jariod Studios, LLC. Is a recongnized development firm specializing in the creation of "plugins" intended for use on Minecraft servers. In addition to our primary goal, Jariod Studios develops websites, and other applications requested by our clients.

As the Project Executive of Jariod Studios, LLC. you will manage the delivery of complex multi disciplinary projects within agreed time and budget constraints. Additionally, you will work with users and Head office directorates as well as internal clients, to determine and manage effective solutions to facilitate the delivery of projects.

Duties:

Manage a team of developers, facilitating a welcoming work enviorment, this includes managing payroll, and taking any disiplinary actions.
Evaluate and determine the needs of your team.
Collaborate with your team to develop unique ideas to publish on marketplaces.
Coordinate with other projects executives, ensuring that all needed dependencies are created & maintained.
Set deadlines on products produced, and ensure all deadlines are met within a timely manner.
Create monthly reports, detailing the accomplishments of your department and any other relavant information.
Requirements:

1+ years of HTML, CSS/LESS, JS, Java, & C++ development expierence.
1+ years of management/leadership expierence.
Recommended expierence with creation of minecraft assets.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and HR management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at different stages on the go without micromanagement.
Ability to communicate well with co-workers and clients.
Must be motivated, able to work independently, and hard-working.
Professional communication skills, both written and spoken, are a MUST.
Ability to take constructive criticism and excel with it.

- Jordan joined Jariod in early 2018 as a graphical designer & developer. Since then, he’s served as a Project Executive for Jariod Studios, Jariod Roblox, & Cubedgroup. Currently, Jordan serves as Jariod’s Chief Executive Officer, a role he took on in late 2021. Outside of Jariod, Jordan enjoys the outdoors & playing sports!
