Lemon Lavender Quarantini Recipe
To make the martini you will need the following ingredients:

2 ounces limoncello
1 oz vodka
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce orange liqueur
1/2 oz lavender simple syrup (or more to taste)

Lavender Simple Syrup Recipe:
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup whole lavender spice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix water, sugar, and lavender in a saucepan on medium high heat until boiling. Boil until sugar has completely dissolved, about four minutes. Strain out lavender and allow simple syrup to cool. That’s it!

I know right now with the state of things that there are a lot of people out of work either displaced or otherwise "not essential." That's the beauty of being an independent Pampered Chef consultant. I can still work from the comfort of home. I can make that extra cash that I need to maintain my household & I am earning SO many useful items for my kitchen!

-I work hard and take care of my 13 year old nephew by my self.

I was so excited to get the quick cooker in my consultant kit! I couldn't wait to use it. The first meal that I created in it was a frozen beef roast mashed potatoes and carrots!
