2023 Lady Ms Valley District - Samantha Bolyard

At the heart of every pageant I do is volunteerism. I’ve never competed in a pageant that didn’t have a focus of doing some kind of volunteer work or supporting a charity.

Pageantry provided me the confidence to expand my volunteer reach and challenge myself to do something that most never do, especially not for free…..run into burning buildings when others are running out.

My favorite opportunity that would have never been with out pageantry is being a volunteer firefighter. It challenges my mind, my fears, and my physical strength while allowing me to provide and essential service to those in my community. I’m proud that I recently became a pro-board trained, state certified firefighter! 🔥

From the heels on stage to the boots in the building, pageantry made it happen.

I was so proud of Miss Nevaeh and her 2nd runner up placement Forks of the Buffalo Beauty Pageant ! It was the first time she stepped into a new county pageant and the competition was fierce! She did amazingly!

I had so much fun judging the Randolph County children’s pageant today!

Shout out to their Teen and Miss who both looked amazing and represented their new titles so well!

Our fair has come and gone….so where will we be next?

Mrs. West Virginia United States 2023 , Christel Feather is raising money for her travels to The Mrs. United States Pageant.

I’m always out trying to shake the money tree for good causes so let me tell you about this lady……she smoke checked me in community service hours last year. I had just over 700 hours but this woman had almost double that AND worked a full time job! If helping her out isn’t a great service to the community then I don’t know what is…..

This isn’t a hand out thing either. This woman has straight up offered to come mow lawns and do side jobs to help earn the extra cash needed but she’s still short.

Can we get her there….she has about $1000 dollars to raise by Saturday. She’s accepting donations in the form of Facebook pay and cash/check.

I’m gonna start her off for the day with $10. Do I have 10 friends who will donate $10 , share with 10 people, or tag 10 friends? 😁😁😁

Huge congratulations to their newly crown teen and queen! Bella Ayersman rocked it and I couldn’t be happier for her!

On top of the other prizes received by our Miss Valley District Queen, she will also receive hair, makeup, and spray tan by BB Beauty during WVAFFs pageant.
