Some closet installations

Today two of my guys went ahead and tackled the flooring in this kitchen. It was originally laminate. They did a really nice job with the new vynal plank flooring and all the trim work surrounding the cabinets.

Our new friend who lives in the Hideout was having a bit of trouble caused by water damage. The T1-11 was rotted out and the flashing was never properly installed causing the siding to rot away and damage to the interior ceiling. We came in and removed all the rotted siding and properly flashed and ice & watered the section of roofing. Following this we wrapped the house then installed new T1-11 and trim. We then stained everything to perfectly match the rest of the house.

Last week at JLC CONTRACTING we went out to this newly constructed deck (it had been built last year) and sanded out any imperfections and stamps on the lumber. We then sealed & clear coated it. It came out absolutely amazing.

A few of us at JLC CONTRACTING recently put up this massive SHADE SAIL for one of my friends Jason Hornung the owner of Greentown Grille! It was a bit of a project but the end results were well worth it!

Jason recently catered my wedding last Friday and he went way beyond the call of duty. I cant thank him enough and I Highly recommend stopping by his restaurant. The food and service is fantastic.

Looking for experienced Painters. Need to be able to do wall and trim repairs. Interior and Exterior painting. Along with this comes lite carpentry work.

This was a perfect and beautiful job well done! Who doesn't love a little Exterior Painting! We replaced a tremendous amount of rotted siding and trim before we painted. I am so pleased and so are the Homeowners.

This was a complete basement remodel! Nothing but concrete and cinder block walls.

This is now a part of the house! We did all the framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, spackle, painting, carpentry, trim work, door Installation and drop ceiling's!

Hardwood floors..... FINISHED

This house had many repairs that needed to be done, siding replaced, rotted trim ect. We should be wrapping this up early next week.

We stained this beautiful exterior cedar house in order to help keep it protected from the elements.

At JLC CONTRACTING we handle a wide variety of projects. However a large majority of job's that we bring in are painting. We do both Interior and Exterior painting / staining. I am currently looking for someone with some experience. I am willing to teach anyone who is willing to learn.

Before ... During ... Done!

I love jobs like this. A simple, elegant transformation. There were a few wall repairs and a section of the popcorn ceiling that needed to be fixed. Once these minor repairs were complete we were able to paint this awsome Master Bedroom.

Finished! This came out great! We were able to fix all the drywall and nail pops. I'm very excited for what will come next...

We started this A-Frame style house the other day. They had recently had a new roof put on which caused for the entire ceiling to show nail pops and cracks. We secured the drywall, replaced several tape seams and fixed any cracks in the walls.

Today we are sanding and getting ready to start painting! 🖌🎨

Very productive day of flooring! It is coming along perfectly.

Today! The ceilings have been finished up this morning and now we have started to Paint!

The living area is going (Latte) and the two bedrooms are being done in (Argos). -Sherwin Williams.
