Hello Everyone! I'll be starting my teaching practice as a Fully Certified Yoga Teacher on June 12th at 2pm EST!

I will be teaching a Community Class at Now Yoga's Online Studio on Saturday's at 2pm starting Saturday June 12th at 2pm.

Classes are by donation ($5 is the minimum donation for the studio), and will take place on Zoom. You can sign up at the linktree link in my bio.

I will be teaching at this same time for at least the next month, if June 12th doesn't work for you.

Happy Belated Mother's Day! Last week my mom joined me to take 's Yin and Restorative class. She said she really enjoyed it :)

Starting on the 20th, I'll be taking Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Narisara . I'm excited to further my teaching skills 💪🏾

Hello and Welcome to The Queen's Gati! My name is Lauren, and I am a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

"Gati" in Sanskrit means "Movement." I chose this name to:
1) Honor the South Asian roots of Yoga in my teaching/practice
2) Acknowledge my dance/movement background that brought me to yoga
3) Push myself to teach and learn yoga beyond the movements between Asanas. For instance, the movement of the breath, the movement of emotions through the body, etc.

I will use this page (and the linked page!) to share updates on my yoga teaching, learning, and overall journey. Come along as I learn, teach, and delve into the world of Yoga!
