Is it possible to be able to do something that is challenging or uncomfortable in a calm graceful manner, and observe how the mind and nervous system are flexible enough to adapt to challenging situations without being thrown off.
The world does not care whether we are comfortable or happy. It is up to us to create those conditions ourselves!
