Ryan Clarke
My name is Ryan Clarke. I am a member of the Middletown Township Committee.
Today, Mayor and the township Committee ordered flags across to be lowered in honor of Buffalo Twp Fire Chief Corey Comperatore, who was tragically killed over the weekend while attending President Trump’s campaign rally. When Chief Comparatore first heard shots being fired, he immediately covered his family, saving his wife and daughters. As Middletown is home to the world’s largest all-volunteer Fire Department, we are united in our grief for this fallen hero and honor his devotion to protecting his family during his final moments in the face of a madman.
Today, we mark the 248th anniversary of the day our country adopted the declaration of independence. Take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices that have been made and will be made to defend the freedoms we enjoy today. Be proud of everything it means to be an American.
Please remember our troops and thier family's who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Our freedom and way of life is not possible without their brave and selfless service.
Glad to be a part of this great event today with Mayor Tony Perry and Committeewoman Kimberly Kratz ! Welcome to Middletown Trader Joe's.
Please see the statement below from Middletown Township as it relates to the rumors circulating about Saint Mary's and the use of the Mater Dei school property.
A great day in Middletown today for dogs and thier families. The new dog park is now open to the public. Our family dog had a great time meeting new friends and playing as well!!
What an amazing evening for the opening of Middletown's newest park. It was great to see more than 100 skaters, scooters and roller bladers enjoy our new and well designed skate park in the Leonardo section of Middletown. Great job by all who brought this from a DYI park to a 1st class skate park!!!
What a privilege it was to read to 2 classes at this week to celebrate Read Across America. Both classes were very attentive and asked lots of great questions.
I fully echo Mayor Perry's comments. Sign the petition and let Trenton know you are opposed to development for the sake of development.
"Are you as disgusted by the never-ending threat of overdevelopment? Right now, the New Jersey Legislature is fast-tracking legislation to completly overrun and ruin every suburban town in our State! This legislation would require Middletown to build more than 5,000 NEW HOUSES! If you want to stop this constant threat of new housing, sign the petition and tell the Senate to “Vote No” on bills, A4 and S50. Together, we can stop and preserve Middletown for the future! ”- Mayor Tony Perry
