😊How can I overcome my obsession with being fat???
I'm going to post about this because so many people have asked me to. Not to show off or anything, but to inspire and introduce people to how I lost weight and loved myself more.🫢 I always thought of myself as a really healthy and fit person, yes, even in the photo on the left. I exercise regularly, eat what I feel is good for me. It feels good, I'm happy. But I was wrong. I was bullied, humiliated when critics called me names like β€œpata, baboy, taba, etc.”. I stopped working out, got depressed, binge-eating, and started gaining more weight than I should. I didn't even want to appear on TV anymore, I started turning down roles and it affected my work.
