Why the computer updates are very important in WINDOWS 10?

I thought that not getting an update of your computer is ok because the computer script can work efficiently in its memory on HDD. I had no updates of my pc for three (3) weeks because I was working with my excel datasheet for presentation of a certain company. I experience rush updates from my computer and I ignore the warnings because I thought it was ok. I used a laptop named LENOVO IDEAPAD 110-14ISK. Now, I just experience graphics card problem and the issue is the intel chipset just dont pop out the monitor. It continued blinking on darkness with light opacity of 1%-3%. The charging light (LED) and power on (LED) are completely functionable. How do I know that the Intel Chipset was the problem? Its because it is the driver for your LEDS on your monitor. Intel responsible for registry memory for your synchronization of LED lights. The HDD is working totally fine and why not HDD? HDD responsible for storing data and script instruction on your computer. It stores your BIOS and other script functionality. The power on is HDD responsible.

Forgetting the script functionality on your computer will lead to corruption of your computer.

Conclusions:
1) I tried to read the cells and each cells using loop, it does not work. Normally, the C # loop is different with the excel interop. the C # loop is faster to catch info than excel and excel takes time to recognize each cell if it has the value you are recommending to find. (failed)
2)The WorkSheet.UsedRange.Row does not work. It will always remain on your Row 1 despite its functionality. (failed)
3)I tried looping each and all the cells to find any boolean statements, it does not recognize about it either (failed)
4) Use the notepad to store the row with your condition for real time storage acknowledgment.
5) I tried also on finding the String.Empty of each cells using Excel conditional formatting and it failed. Like for this instance::

This condition is finding all the cells that contains String.Empty or null so on every range of single column "AB" will have work. It cannot find to work fit. So I recommend to use notepad.

I create 2 successful projects but not yet launch software for my user interface module for my SIM900 contact with TTL as communicator module and after adding new project to launch another parts of the software has failed to launch.

What I do today was clearing the Memory Cache or Removing all Garbage on Garbage Bin on your desktop or using the settings>System>Storage>Configure Storage Sense >Clean Now on Windows 10 with size of 125 MB. This is causing internal lagging on my desktop but already cleared on the process. Still, the existence of delays after making new project and same code experience and does not resolve anything.

If you have experience in same technical issue on your laptop or pc using the Visual Basic with Error Code 0x80131500 which says IntelliSense finished initializing but an error occurred when attempting to load the document.

What you should do?
1) Delete the insides of _Instances folder from this address:
C:\PROGRAMDATA\Microsoft\Visual Studio\Packages\_Instances\

2)Clear the RAM cache again

3)The software works real fine

If it does not work, this procedure will take you long on the process. Go to

11. Install limited packages and IDE's module if you use laptop. If you have a complete set of pc build of 256Gb of RAM, install how many modules as you can but only as I say that what you recommend to build with visual studio should be particular on the matter.
12. Wait for 5 - 6 hours installation time.
13.Clear the RAM cache
14. Restart Computer
15. Open the visual studio and do another project

What can I truly say that some apps have limited time when we can use them to build with. As I use my laptop, I build 2 executable files and pending 1 executable file. I dont know with others, you can share your insight on the comment section below.
