This keto avocado smoothie is so rich and creamy you won't believe it is low carb with 3 Ingredients.
Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup sugar free condensed milk
2 cups ice
2 large avocados
A delicious carrot smoothie packed with carrot juice
Ingredients
1/2 cup carrot juice
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Carrot juice contains less calories and is very beneficial for weight loss.
To the blender add smoothie ingredients and blend on high until creamy and smooth. Add more carrot juice or almond milk if it has trouble blending. Scrape down sides as needed. Taste and adjust flavors as needed, adding more banana or pineapple for sweetness, lemon for acidity, ginger for bite, and turmeric for warmth.
1 cup cold coconut water - or regular water. 1 cup baby carrots. 1 cup frozen strawberries. 1 cup frozen mango chunks. 1 navel orange - peeled and cut into chunks. 1 cup pineapple chunks. 2 Tbsp granulated sugar - optional.
Taste. Carrot has a stronger flavour than some of the other veggies on this list but it still has that hint of sweetness that makes it a good option for smoothies. Think carrot cake for flavour inspiration.
