The genuine laughter I heard over the two days of attending BS 2 BLISS was MAGICAL! I have never in my life felt so connected, so in Awe of everyone and how the sound of laughter rippled through my whole mind, body & soul.

I’ve had so many breakthroughs this weekend!
A massive one for me was understanding that it’s perfectly okay to feel grief and pain as well as feeling joy and happiness!
I never thought I could feel both at once!
I’ve sobbed my heart out, I’ve laughed, I’ve danced, I’ve hugged and squeezed so many beautiful souls , I’ve stood in my own power and in my truth, I’ve felt seen and heard, I’ve been held in a safe space and just allowed myself to feel all the emotions and it was F**king epic 😭😍

Never in my life have I met such beautiful magical people like I have this weekend! Thank you all for believing in me! Thank you for seeing my light and my potential to serve others, thank you for encouraging me to finally start my coaching business because I know I am destined for so much more I just needed to get rid of that bull$hit voice in my head that’s been telling me I ain’t good enough! (I F**KING AM!!)
Exciting things are on the horizon for myself and for the people who choose me to serve them! 🚀

I’ve finally met my vibe tribe, and what a beautiful community I’m part of! I’m so grateful for you all and I honestly love you all with my whole being, I’m so so proud of you all.💗

This year I am holding myself accountable for my own happiness, even though I know a lot of people i tend to walk alone (through choice) I’m so focused on building up my own successful empire that most times I do forget to do the whole “have fun” thing!
This is a area in my life that I know must change, there are things I want to do and I just haven’t pushed myself to do them because i would most likely end up doing them alone.
So this year I have made a resolution to start doing more fun & liberating activities even if it’s going ahead and doing them alone.
I will start off by travelling solo to Edinburgh for a few days in a couple weeks time to connect with people who I have connected with online for the past couple of years, this will be the first time I have travelled and had a break away on my own.

I have many things on my vision board and many things on my bucket list that I would love to work towards and experience!
A big one for me is to experience the Northern Lights, I’ve always imagined me experiencing this with a “partner” but maybe some things are meant to be experienced alone!
So instead of waiting for the “perfect moment”
I’ve realised that life is to short and we must live “in the moment”

This is how I am going to live life in 2024 “in the moment” doing f**king liberating things for myself by myself, LET’S GO!! 🚀🚀

In 2024 I will be creating and offering a 6 week Law of Attraction programme what will be held online, an option for programme materials will be available to send out by post or emailed to
print off yourself (whatever you feel works best for you)
We will also have our very own Facebook community group where we can update, share, journal & communicate with others on the programme over the 6 weeks period.

The Law of Attraction Programme will be held for 1 to 1 1/2 hours every week for 6 weeks, where we will….
•Dive deep into the world of the Law Of Attraction
•Find out how to work with the Law Of Attraction
•Manifestation
•Work on your own belief system and also gain some confidence along the way
•Create your own personal vision board
•Set short term and long term goals

This programme will be the first of many, and with this being my first ever programme i will be offering it at an amazing introductory price.

Rest assure that this will be a safe space for everyone who decides to onboard, we will be opening our hearts and challenging our minds, sharing our weekly updates (optional) and journaling our 6 week progress ready for our grand finale on week 6 🥳
