There will be more Kobold shenanegans in the future. I havent had the time to do alot of writing lately but will be diving back into my work on Extra Credit 2: Kobold Boogaloo soon. I got 60k words into it when last i was able to work on it, so probably around 50% of the way.

I'm a slow writer to start with, so when things get delayed, those delays are even longer. Especially with the speed that alot of other authors in the genre pump out books. I'll get there eventually, and hope that when i do those who enjoyed Kababala's adventures will be there for the ride.

Hey Party People,
I don't post here often. Just checking in to let you all know I am still alive and writing. Not as fast as I, or I am sure you, would like, but its getting there. Finished the first 1/3-1/2 of Extra Credit 2's draft and planning out the next arc of the book. Trying to keep things more game focused this time without all the grindy bits from the first. figured JT needed a little break and some time to avoid burnout in the digital mines.

Planning out Sosaku 4 as well, which will be next in my queue once i finished EC2.

Other than that, life goes on. Settled into the new house (still unpacking things) and working on getting healthier in the coming years.

I'll try and post here more often. May start up a patreon and start posting advance chapters at some point, but not sure how comfortable i am letting folks see my un-edited brain vomit. We shall see.

The global storyline is in full swing, and James is all over it. Tasked with a critical mission by the god of death, Kheph and Kjara must make their way back to Sehkem, find their way past the invading army, and retrieve an ancient artifact from the depths of an ancient tomb.

Sounds easy, right? Yeah...not so much.

No: Explicit, Harem, Ketchup on Steak

Writing some good old Kobold shenanegans mixed in with the normal crew.

hit the 33k mark, so just about a third of the way into the book, depending on how crazy things get. Could be more, could be less, but I'm aiming for 100k now that all the system explanations, tutorials, and interoductions are out of the way.

In the meantime, there is a short story about Cedric and his solo adventures that was published in the Git Good anthology a ways back. That takes place between books one and two.

I've got a few other irons in the fire. A sci-fi litRPG thats cooking on the back burner, a short story i put together for an anthology but missed the submission deadline, and some other ideas that have a seed paragraph or two waiting for some love to grow into full-blown books.

My current writing plan is
1) Extra Credit - 2
2) Something different to cleanse the palette
3) Sosaku 4 - The Sunken City

Figured i'd post what I've been up to lately.

Today I started writing Extra Credit 2: Kobold Boogaloo (working title). I am a slooooow writer, but it was nice to get back into that world and start growing that series.

I finished my revisions on the draft for Sosaku 3 and handed it over to my editor. Don't have a set date for release yet but will let you know when i do. I'm hoping for late June, early July, but real life stuff has been hectic lately so i cant promise anything

Tao Wong announced a new System Apocalyse Anthology and is accepting submissions for stories written in his world, so I jumped on the opportunity to try my hand. I loved the series and so far have about 7k words in my eventual submission, with many more words to come.

And speaking of anthologies, I've got another short thats going to appear in an upcoming anthology. This one is completely separate from my current books, but was tons of fun to write. Release is planned early in June, so I'll post more about that when it's released.
