Friday, was one for the books!

We started our morning out with the Black Hills Stock Show Ribbon Cutting. Then we helped with the CMSA Mounted Shoot Out! It was incredible to watch not only adults, but kids doing mounted shooting! The next event we had was the RRC Kickoff Party Press and Social Release. Last, but not least, we had the PRCA Xtreme Bulls Performance. During the performance, I had the honor of leading out the first lap of sponsor flags! I then ran sponsor flags for the rest of the performance.

Not how I expected my first game of the season to start, but I was still able to be there with my team and ended the day with a Wolf Pack win!!!

I am beyond excited to announce that I was crowned this last weekend as Miss Rodeo Nevada 2023 Lady-in-Waiting. I will be traveling this upcoming year across the country representing the Great State of Nevada and promoting the sport of rodeo.

The Miss Rodeo Nevada Association held a wonderful pageant at the . The judges, sponsors, board members, and everyone involved were all extremely dedicated to making the pageant a great experience. I am thrilled to work with the experienced women of the Miss Rodeo Nevada Association.

I feel so blessed to have the continued support of my family, friends, mentors, coach’s, and Reno Rodeo. Thank you to all❤️

Night eight of the Reno Rodeo was Coors Night!

Night seven of the Reno Rodeo was Wolf Pack Night! I had a blast with everyone at Reno Rodeo and seeing my team!!!

The Reno Rodeo Cattle Drive takes you back in time to celebrate the “Wild Wild West,” through the High Desert pushing 300 head of cattle and ends riding into the streets of Reno into the Reno Rodeo arena.

Night five of the Reno Rodeo was Jack Daniels Night! Another night of roaring crowds and tons of smiles!

Night four of the Reno Rodeo! Each night I have had a new adventure and have met some wonderful people!

What a fantastic way to start the Reno Rodeo, Wrangler Retro Night!

Congratulations to our Miss Reno Rodeo 2023! you will do a great job this next year and I cannot wait to hear about all of your adventures.

This year being Miss Reno Rodeo 2022 has encouraged me to continue pushing myself to become the best version of me that I can be and to continue inspiring others to achieve their dreams as well. I have been blessed to have such a wonderful Reno Rodeo Executive Board who I have traveled with this past year and a President who is like a second dad to me and to my Godfather, I am so grateful for the opportunities you have created for me. Thank you to all the Reno Rodeo Members for welcoming me with open arms. I can’t thank my own parents enough for all they have done for me throughout the years to get me to where I am today.

Now, let’s get excited for our 2022 Reno Rodeo kicking off this Thursday!!!

The Reno Rodeo Golf Tournament was held this year at the Lake Ridge Golf Course. There were beautiful views and lots of smiles!

A new event came to Reno this year called the Rodeo Gala. This event was hosted by the Women’s Council of Realtors of Northern Nevada. There was food, drinks, Rodeo events, and even a fashion show all benefiting 10 non-profit organizations. One of those non-profit organizations being the Reno Rodeo Foundation. For each of the non-profit organizations, a child from the Sierra Nevada Gymkhana Club rode on their horse and did a pattern in the arena. To make this event just that much more special, each child had a connection to the non-profit organization they rode for such as the Veterans Guest House. The little girl who rode for them lost her father in the military. The little girl who rode for the Center of Adaptive Riding has two special needs siblings. This was a heart warming and fun event. I had the time of my life being the Emcee for the whole night and having my miniature cow Sully by my side. Make sure to keep an eye out for this event next year!

I want to give a huge thank you! They sent me this awesome embroidered jacket as a surprise!
