Sa mga successful Teams ngayon nagiging effective sila hindi lang dahil skilled and experienced ang players nila, kundi dahil yan sa mga Managers/Coach ng Teams nila.

Napaka hirap na role ang isang Team Manager, dahil ito yung role na nag seset ng GOAL sa Team
pinupush nila yung players sa limit nila and minomotivate para lalong ganahan.

Madalas ang mga players, hindi nila naappreciate yun sa sobrang dami nilang reklamo at concerns, madalas ikaw mapapasama, ikaw yung walang kwenta sa mata nila. Hindi naman tayo perfect sa mga decisions, madalas iniisip natin kapakanan ng Team or yung nakikita nating solution sa problema.

Sobrang daming active na Team managers ngayon na ginagawa nila lahat ng possible effort tulad ng mga sumusunod

• Scheduling Routine/Practice Time
• Troubleshooting Team Issues & Team Concerns
• Nag Reregister ng Tournaments
• Ipinag luluto ang players *(onsite)
• Binibigyan ng small reward ang players
• Commending and Recognizing achievements ng players
• Nag hahanap ng sponsors and negotiate
• Nag bubugdget para sa team
• Nag sscout ng possible Players/Staff/Coaches

Mahirap maging Team Manager, pero masaya you will learn alot of things from experience makita mo lang na maging successful yung team o ung mga naging player mo, fullfilment na yun since naging part ka ng journey nila.
