PROMOTIONAL SYSTEM

Account executive

* 30 sales 2 weeks consecutive

30 sales 2 weeks consecutive gets you promoted to trainer
“If you can do 30 sales a week you can train someone to do 30 sales a week”

$35 a sale times 30 sales is $1,050

Trainer

* 100 sales a week or 5 man team

Trainers get $45 a sale and a $10 commission every sale their team does

So when you are doing 30 sales a week, times $45 each sale that’s $1,350 a week.

When you have a team doing 100 sales a week times $10 commission every sale your team did. that’s a extra week of $1,000 on top of the $1,350 you made off your sales. For a total of $2,350 for that week

After you get a 5 man team doing 100 sales you’ll be promoted to manager

Manager

* 200 sales a week or 10 man team

Managers get $60 a sale and a $15 - $25 commission for every sale their team does

So when you’re doing 30 deals a week times $60 that’s $1,800 a week

When you have have a team doing 200 sales times $25 that’s $5,000 for that week. On top of the $1,800 from your deals. For a total of $6,800 pay week

Once you have a team doing 200 sales a week you get promoted to office owner and receive a office, with a company recruiter, and a administrator. You no longer have to be in the field. This is where residual income comes in

Office owner

* office owners must retain 200 sales or more to remain a office owner

Office owners receive $75 a sale if they choose to hit the field

Office owners handle interviews, meetings, badging process, and all payroll.
