I saw this quote and would have to agree! You not only need to learn and improve your skills to do this business but you also have to do the mindset work. One without the other just won’t work! So work on the personal development but then you gotta do the action.

Another book that totally adjusted my mindset was Dani Johnson’s First Steps to Wealth. I was a little put off by the title when I first saw it (my old money mindset saw a pursuit of wealth as being wrong) but the principles she teaches are biblically based and life changing.

Years ago, my piano teacher told me that her husband was born musically talented. He could play instruments by ear, sing and harmonize with ease and without training.
However, she had to learn the skill.
But because she had the desire to learn, commitment, focus and hours of practice, her skills had surpassed his talent. She wrote music, taught music and could play and sing beautifully - it seemed as though she was born with it!
Network marketing is a set of skills - LEARNABLE skills.
You may not have been “born with it” but your heart, your passion and your desire can take you all the way to the top! Never quit, You got this and the journey is WORTH IT!!!

This book was pivotal in my journey. After going all in and running for my next rank for the 3rd time and missing the mark at my last company, I was feeling super defeated. This changed my perspective and gave me the right mindset to embrace failure, learn and get better! You got to roll with the punches! Highly recommend!

- Let’s talk FOCUS. When you have the vision, and your desire is strong, you then just need to apply FOCUS, fueled by positive energy, to move toward your goals.
And if you lose focus before you reach your dream, you’re going to lose your momentum and have to start your climb all over again - no fun!!
