A quick Stir- fry with tofu and potatoes. This would be one of the most easiest recipes you could ever make. Handful ingredients and one of the most tasty meal on your table. If you don't like tofu replace it with any vegetables like mushroom, carrots or .... These broccolini are from my so you can imagine how delicious this dish tastes. This recipe is an easy way to bring flavors to broccolini and its your choice to serve this as a main meal or as a side dish . Choice is Yours.

✒INGREDIENTS
Brocollini - 1 large bunch (
Boiled potatoes- 2 - 3 cut in half
Tofu - 250 grams ( firm )
Salt according to your taste
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Black bean chilli sauce
Garlic red chilli sauce
Lemon pepper seasoning
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Seasame seeds or Hempseeds for garnish.
✒METHOD
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat . Add Olive oil and swirl to coat the skillet or wok . Add Cumin seed , let it sputter, then add Black bean chilli sauce, garlic red chilli sauce, pinch of salt , saute Tofu and potatoes until well coated . Cook for 5 minutes on high heat. Then transfer on the plate .
✒ In the same Skillet add bit more oil and add the Brocollini. Cook , stirring constantly until browned around the edges . Add , lemon pepper seasoning, bit more Black bean sauce. Mix well . Once it's done mix Tofu and potatoes together. Serve hot .
