Our next Online Meditation Class is a Relaxing Sleep Meditation! It's happening on Thursday 8th September from 8pm - 9pm.

This Meditation Class will help you to relax, unwind & get a peaceful night of sleep.

It is perfect for you if you want to relax, declutter your mind, release tension from your body and drift off into a peaceful nice of rest. It is suitable for new and experienced meditators.

Tomorrow is the next free event of Fulwood Library's Health Information Week: An Introduction to Meditation and How It Can Improve Your Life from Intentional with Laura

This session will include an introduction to meditation: what it is and what the benefits are, and tips to help you begin your own meditation practice or create a meditation practice that sticks (if you’ve dabbled in it before). Laura will also guide you through a relaxing mindfulness meditation to help you declutter your mind and connect with your inner calm.

This is suitable for people of all levels - whether you are completely new to meditation and curious to learn more, whether you’ve tried it before or whether you already meditate, but want to change up your practice.

You may want to bring a pen and journal/notepad to make notes and reflect.
You may prefer to wear loose or comfortable clothing for the meditation.
You can also bring a cushion or blanket, should you want to lay down for the guided meditation. But you can also do this just sitting in your chair or on the floor.
