International Yoga Day celebrated in Udharbond constituency at Kanchakanti Mata Mandir, Udharbond. The programme was attended by Mihir Kanti Shome, MLA of Udharbond Constituency and BJP Karyakartas. Speaking on the occasion the MLA explained about the importance of Yoga on our health especially on breathing and stress upon doing the yoga on daily basis. The MLA thanked the yoga instructor.
