One must ask why does Trustee Costanza want to grow Poplar Grove Village government when our village has not grown in 14 years. What is the purpose. Is there some other financial interest that him and his friends have? His criminal and administrative disciplinary records verified with public record by the 17th Circuit Court and the 4th Appellate Court seem to advise not to trust his motivations. Past behavior is a good predictor of future behavior. 25 years of public records showing financial malfeasance and misfeasance problems with his private and public record is a good indication of future behavior. His most staunch supporters support his record for some very disturbing reasons. Why? So he is a nice guy. Well I suggest reading the record as a predictor of the future. I will advise to use caution. There is an election coming up he is running in, too. Throwing around tax payers dollars is not good, during an election.

Our Village has not grown in 14 years.

Poplar Grove, Illinois - Wikipedia Poplar Grove (founded in 1859) is a village located in Poplar Grove and Belvidere Townships, Boone County, Illinois, United States. It is part of the Rockford Metropolitan Statistical Area, and of the gated community Candlewick Lake. The population was 5,049 at the 2020 census.

Owen wants to raise salaries again. I thought we were to move our salaries back to where it was before he raised them the last time. He's making up for that automatic increase he wanted. Boy is he generous with other peoples money.

Please note Public Records. Johnanthon Giesecke who is Owen Costanza's and Jeff Goings right-hand-defamation-foot-solder, and notorious for hurling sexual accusations at me such as I am a pe*****le on social media and in village public comment, and how I am under investigation for sexual harassment, (Which is defamation already reported to the Sheriff) is now asking for emails about public use of credit cards in our village in order to run interference for public officials and the village attorney in a public audit of our villages spending and credit card use. There has been a breech of the publics trust discussed in my emails with the Village Attorney and Public Officials. The Sheriff and States attorney have been included and copied on the emails for the record. Since this is public record and has been leaked already, I encourage anyone interested to file a Freedom Of Information Act to request these records between he Village President, the village attorney, staff, and the States attorney and the Sheriffs office regarding credit card and forensic audit in Poplar Grove. Some officials and individuals running interference have attempted to impede my audit and have forced early release of preliminary information. The current Village President (ME) DOES NOT USE VILLAGE CREDIT CARDS, NEVER HAS, and NEVER WILL. The Village President NEVER SHOULD USE CREDIT CARDS OWNED by the Village. However the Village President has a duty to over see who is using them, and how, without interference. Final audit report is still pending.

And now after all that we have a "Breech". Just as the Village President begins to review the books. Oh the accusations will play.

More discussion on Ordinance 18-01 raising salaries back in 2018. Owen Costanza and Eric Miller were in this for themselves and Erics Significant Other, the Elected Clerk Karri Anderberg. Owen, Eric, and Karri wanted to make this their own little kingdom and control their salaries. What a gig! Do you think they would take me up on returning the salaries back to where they were as I proposed? They have been silent. Typical politicians raise their own salaries blame me and won't propose what I recommended. Returning the salaries back to where they were. Oh but it is my fault they refuse to take me up on it. No wonder they scream and yell and make false accusations.

Read Motion to approve Ordinance 18-01 and how it conceals the raises the trustees voted for themselves in 2018. Transparency. I don't think so. Ethical I don't think so.

A little history of when we had a Village Administrator to oversee operations and how she got pushed out for someone elses purpose. Raises for the Trustees and the Clerk. YEAH!!!!

January 10, 2024 Board Meeting Trustee Costanza has placed on the agenda and wants to discuss a no confidence vote. We will spend the time going over the 17th Circuit Court and the 4th Appellate Court Decisions in great detail outlining Trustee Costanza's Record of No confidence. All are invited to attend by Mr. Costanzas motion. Then he can defame me as he wishes with his friends again as he has done before. We will be recording. We all know the laws of defamation now. The courts have spoken.

Remember:
President Sattler has no criminal record, no history of malfeasance, misfeasance, or fraud in any sense of the word. Never filed a bankruptcy ever for any reason or has been terminated for fraud accusations. I have never been administratively disciplined and fined for any of these actions. My background has been reviewed for many reasons over the years and I am sure Mr. Costanza and his friends know it well, as they have had to construct false accusations over and over defaming me when I ask tough questions. Let's see if they cross the line again.
