Day 32-40 of 75….pushing consistently everyday! Staying on track adding in some things this week to get me closer to my goal!!!
Day 23-31 of 75
A lot of lifting this week and a few tweaks to my nutrition. Definitely feeling it and as I always say 100% looks different everyday! As long as you keep working towards your goals it’s all progress! Head up chin up and focused 🙌🏼

Reset-Refocus-Reactivated
All workouts were quality time with my boy as we close out summer and prepare for a new adventure! All apart of the plan! Prepped and ready for the week ahead!
Day 14 of 75….cardio and resistance day plus a lil step therapy with my boy!

Burned 1100 calories and had so much fun working on the new routine 😎🍑
Day 13 of 75 (yesterday) I did get in my hour of cardio and light lifts….today is loading and it’s definitely harder to stick to this program I built but I know this style training will help me recover post surgery!
Day 12 of 75 this Booster Shot has knocked me out the pocket today 😷!!! Totally unexpected reaction but I know that no more than 2 days is allowed before breaking a habit! Today I revamped this weeks training so I could rest today and still get in all the necessary lifts before the end of the week! The best way to be successful is to be flexible about the path but not the goal!!!!

Impromptu rest day 11 of 75…. Many doctors appointments today and it took forever for the numbing drops and dilated eyes to wear off! Tomorrow I will add in my cardio after my heavy lifting session 🙌🏼

Training this week is heavier/heaviest for big muscle groups on lifting days with a lot more time for recovery (different style for me)
Chest was my main focus today and got in a short low impact walk/stretch tonight! Packing on strength/muscle to help post surgery and a faster recovery 🤞🏼🙌🏼
Motivational Monday!!! I am my own competition 😮💨🙌🏼 I’ve been working my way up to these 45lbs…..so this is definitely a milestone in my journey!!!!! 💪🏼
Day 9 (yesterday) of 75 total body Mt. Metabolic
Burned 400+ calories 😮💨
Also did some recover yoga in the park ✨
Day 10 (today) of 75 was an active recovery day
Morning stretching and a day of walking at the track! (15k steps 😎)
Now prepped for a new training block this week! 👀🫣

Fully transparent on this journey. Today was an ER day because of my condition I have to treat everything very sensitively. So here to make sure nothing abnormal or serious is causing the pain. I will update y’all once I’m in the clear!
