I finally got my new chipper in after a months long saga and watching it chip approximately 30ton loads every 10minutes yesterday got me thinking about one of the coolest moments of NPK season 6. Of course loggers and others in our industry share stories with me all the time, but a man approached me wearing a Bandit hat. He told me he worked in a Bandit factory building Trelan chippers. As I do, we got to talking and I told him I had ordered a new chipper with a c18 Cat engine, one of the first of its kind. He kind of smirked. Come to find out, he works in the factory where my chipper was built. 🇺🇸 Glad to finally have it in the woods.

These guys have come to races the last 2 seasons of Street Outlaws Live No Prep Kings with their grandparents. First, last year in Rockingham when the Nova caught on fire and then again at Galot Motorsports Park this season. So when we randomly ran into them with their parents, all the way from Asheville, NC, at one of our hometown favorite places to eat, we invited them to come check out the shop and take the Ol Ford out for a ride. Not sure if it was Axman, Corbin, Tripp, or their dad, Casey, who had the biggest smile this morning. Days like today remind me of how far this TV racing stretches into homes and families all over.
PS: Tripp said Axman was his favorite 💪🏽🪓

First things first, CONGRATULATIONS to Ryan and his team for the Season 6 team championship!! You pulled from behind, did what you had to and got the win.
Secondly I wanna thank my team!!! We pushed and swung to do our best. We held the number 1 spot, fell to third, then crawled back to #2. Kayla Morton aided in that and held her own before moving teams. I believe I had the most number of members on their rookie years and I’d pick them again.
It was a great season and one helluva roller coaster ride. The new car fought us, and the driver just can’t get right. But I did manage to win an Invitational Event in Bowling Green Ky.
THANK YOU TO ALL THE FANS THAT VOTED AND STOOD BEHIND US, IM PROUD OF THE WHOLE DAMN TEAM!!
