Our Manifesto
1. stipend of PGs, inducted in January should released as soon as possible & we want reforms in induction process of PGs in LUMHs.
2. Paid House Job of all House Officers & their pay should be released monthly.
3. Hostel accomodations of HOs & PGs working in LUMHs.
4. Extension of library for HOs & PGs without any fee & library card in LUMHs.
5. We will work to address the security issues of gynae ward LUMHs.
6. Transport services for the doctors of LUMHs.
7. Mega plan for reversal of NLE.
8. Deputation & allow to work of PGs & MOs for higher studies should be open & legal without any condition.
9. Limited & fixed working hours of HOs & PGs like in Europe.
10. Health allownce & security bill should be permanent for all doctors.
11. Especial assistant to CM for doctors issues, who should be member of YDA.
12. Maternity leave for female PGs like in Europe.
13. Foundation of YDA student wing in all medical universities of the province.
14. Establishment of YDA units in all district of Sindh for strengthening YDA Sindh.
15. Firm & strong reaction against any injustice & inequity with doctors & medical students anywhere in Pakistan.
