Hello everyone, I am Sushant Chauhan from Teleperformance, okha location. Being the former captain & also as an active member of corporate cricket team and Management in Delhi NCR, I would like to add few pointers which will enable you to be more productive during this social distancing. You might tend to put up a lot of weight due to over eating & lack of exercise. I would suggest that you may have 2 work out sessions on a daily basis with a very balanced diet with more of fresh fruits & low on fat. I would suggest my team that you may do more of personal training & strengthening exercises as this is the perfect time for you to recover from your sports injuries which you were ignoring from ages. Also, you need to find time for yourself by distancing yourself from family members during your working hours or you will tend to lengthen the activities due to informal approach. Rising early in the morning and devoting an hour for exercising on a daily basis helps me to kick start my day. Enjoy working and listen to the kind of music that you love. TP v/s SHAREINDIA

Team TP lost the toss and was asked to bat on a wet wicket. Despite this, team managed to achieve a respectable total of 145 runs which included a brilliant knock by Sahil who scored 48 runs and was aided by Rohit and Sushant who scored 25 and 23* respectively.

While bowling, the mantle was led by Tarun who tore up the opposition with his brilliant spell of 4-0-12-4 and was complimented by Sahil who took 3 wickets and were well aided by captain Ravi, Bhuppy and Rizvi who took a wicket each. Thus enabling team TP to register a remarkable win by 41 runs.

Team TP won the toss and chose to bat first. The decision proved to be right with the openers giving a smashing start with master blaster Sahil who scored 77(52) and the very experienced Sushant who scored 53(35), thus laying the foundation with a mamoth partnership of 134 runs helping team TP to set up a total of 189/6.

While bowling, the formidable Tarun blasted the opponents by picking up 6 wickets in his 4 overs giving away 27 runs. He was aided by Lakshay, Sahil, and who took a wicket each, thus helping team TP to register an easy win by a margin of 41 runs.

Team TP won the toss and chose to bat first. While batting, opener Sahil scored stable 39(30), the middle order aided well with Rishabh and Narender scoring 32 runs each and too contributed with 26 off just 11 deliveries.Thus team TP set up a reasonably impressive target of 178 runs.

While bowling, the captain Ravi Shokeen led from the front and took 3 wickets. He was facilitated well by Tarun who bowled a maiden and took 3 wickets in his first over and Bhuppy # lala who also took 2 crucial wickets and thus wrapped up the opponents for just 141 runs and won the quarter final comfortably.

Team TP won the toss and chose to bat first. However, team TP could not garner a huge total but with the help of the very experienced Sushant who scored 28 and was supported by Sahil (25) and Narender (25), the team managed a total of 126.
While bowling, Dheeraj took 2 early wickets, who was aided by Sahil who single handedly destroyed the opponents by picking up magical 6 wickets and the rest was taken care by Tarun and VB who took a wicket each and thus team TP managed an easy win.

Team KPMG won the toss and chose to bat first and managed to score 152 where bowlers of team TP did a great job to restrict the opponents to a low score. Fierce all-rounder Bhuppy Gujjar led from the front and took 3 crucial wickets, Pawan took 2 wickets and Sahil and VB took 1 wicket each.

While batting, Rohit played a stable knock of 55 runs. He was well supported by Narender and Sushant who scored 19 and 23 respectively. Bhuppi and Rizvi too contributed and made sure that team TP led to a comfortable win.

MOM : Bhuppi was awarded Man of the match for his much deserving all-round performance.

Team TP won the toss and chose to bat first. The innings saw master performances by master blaster Sahil who scored 101(71) and very stylish Narender who scored 100(47) and Rishabh’s quick 33*(11) helped team TP to score a mamoth total of 282 runs.

While bowling, the medium pacers Lakshay and captain Ravi Shokeen bowled half of the team out in just 5 overs taking 3 and 2 wickets respectively. Further Bhuppy and Tarun contributed by picking 2 wickets each and thus registering an easy win by bowling out the team for a meager total of 54 in just 12 overs and thus winning by a huge margin of 219 runs.

Team TP’s captain won the toss and chose to field first. His decision proved to be favourable with the early breakthroughs coming in led by Dheeraj who took two wickets in the powerplay well supported by Bhuppi Tanwar who took 2 wickets in his first over and then Sahil and Tarun contributed with a wicket each, thus bowling out the opposition for a meager 103/7.
While batting some blistering performances by the openers Sahil who scored 30 and Deepak who scored 33 and then Sushant Chauhan’s quick 21 help team TP in chasing the target comfortably in just 10.3 overs, Thus registering another well deserved victory.

While bowling captain Ravi shokeen took the charge and picked up 3 wickets giving only 16 runs, he was aided by Tarun from the other end who also took 3 wickets as well. Lala also contributed by picking up 2 wickets and was well supported by magician and Sahil who took a wicket each and bowled the opposition out for 122 and won the game.

Match started after celebrating Big Boss’s birthday Mr. Anish Kapoor.
Team TP won the toss and chose to bat first scoring a huge total of 184 runs in 20 overs, this was spearheaded by master blaster Sahil Bhardwaj who scored 80 off 44 balls(8 fours and 6 sixes) and very responsible Rishabh Soni who scored 46 off 30(5 fours and a six) and Narender also got quick 16 runs. Bowlers from opposition namely Rohit, Nikhil, Sajjad and Rajesh took 2,2,1 and 1 wicket respectively.

While in TP bowling, bowlers did a great job and bowled them out for 100 runs only where captain Ravi and Lakshya broke the backbone and took 2-2 wickets in powerplay, the spin duo of Sahil and Tarun took 2 wickets each and Charanjeet got 1 wicket. Rahul who scored 32 and Shane(22) were the only worriors from rest of TP who fought till the end and hence TP won the match comfortably by 84 runs.

MOM : Sahil Bhardwaj was awarded Man of the match for his brilliant knock of 80 runs.

The batsmen did a splendid job where in the captain Vishal Tiwari scored 64 off just 33 deliveries with the help of 4 fours and 5 sixes and Sahil Kumar scored 59* off 44 balls which included 5 fours and 2 sixes and Charanjeet contributed quick 18 runs off just 10 deliveries.
