Consistency with the little things is more important than one-time events where you show up powerfully. It is easy to show up powerfully once, to be fully present, to hold space, but it is through consistency that the feminine starts to trust you at the deepest level. Consistency requires self-mastery. It requires you to consistently focus on your breath in moments where you get emotionally reactive, to speak from your heart in a moment of trigger. You can see this as your spiritual practice of self-mastery. Your spiritual journey and her trust in you is one and the same. Being spiritual or doing spiritual things really means nothing.

Everyone can read some books, use fancy jargon, and call themselves spiritual.

At times, the most ‘spiritual person’ might actually be the most wounded one and they use spirituality as a way of escapism and hiding. Hiding behind concepts and a spiritual identity, this is commonly referred to as ‘spiritual bypassing’ and very common.

None of this is meant to shame anyone. I myself have been lost in the dunes of spiritual concepts until I found my path.

Living with integrity, being devoted to truth, that is where real spirituality begins. It requires deep inner work, it requires us to truly face ourselves.

None of this is meant to ridicule spirituality. In fact, it is the most important work we can do. But it needs to come from a place of integrity and wanting to embody our highest truth.

Spirituality is embodiment. Integrity is spirituality. Truth is spirituality.

This is not about dogma or sin. Nor about what is right or wrong. This is about how it makes you feel. And most people don’t feel that p**n allows them to expand in consciousness, to open their heart, and deepen their spiritual awareness. You might say: why not experience pleasure for pleasure’s sake? Yes, you absolutely can. But if you want to awaken, go to the highest level of consciousness meant for you in this life, embody your truth, then it is not the path. At least not for most people. The issue with p**n is that it is highly addictive. It reduces women to mere objects of pleasure. At least most p**n that exists. And it is not a healthy way of coping with challenging emotions within, or self-soothing because it focuses on an external stimuli that activates dopamine receptors. Until we start to notice the silent effects it had on our relationship with her. Her heart is no longer as open. There is a subtle distrust. It makes sense. If we react a million times, it is like a million tiny cuts on her heart. It is time to take life by the balls once more. Center yourself. Breathe deeply. Become the man you are destined to be. The mere attempt to build a relationship, to try to make it work when you are not fully chosen is ultimately pointless and will only make you feel more anxious, insecure and drain your energy.

If you don’t feel fully chosen it is important to speak up. To speak from your fiercely loving heart.

If your heart is not heard then you have your answer.

Even if you succeed at ‘making someone choose you’, you will lose your soul in the process. It is never worth it.

This situation is so confusing, emotionally volatile, and painful because your soul knows. Your body is responding viscerally to warn you of something not being right energetically. Don’t ignore it. Listen to it.

Being with someone who doesn’t choose you creates an environment that slowly sucks the life out of your soul. You become energetically weak, drained, you lose yourself and your path. This is serious. And this has serious effects if you stay in this situation for a long time.

Do not underestimate the emotional volatility, the constant stress and anxiety for your nervous system. It is worse than smoking or drinking because it is constant poisoning.

If you have gone through this, forgive yourself. You did not know better. Now you do. Take the lesson. Learn from it. Integrate it. And never allow it to happen again.

Saying ‘he doesn’t care’, or ‘he doesn’t love her’ is very black and white and often simply not true.

Yes, in some cases that can be true.

But in many cases it is the generational trauma of men.

He cannot express his love freely without being in touch with his heart and emotions.

And being in touch with his emotions might feel painful, he might be unconsciously trying to escape from this pain.

Deep down he might love her deeply, yet something inside him is holding him back.

When he faces his painful emotions that he has been avoiding, he sets his heart free to love fully and deeply.
