There are no excuses for making threats, harassing or berating people.
Even if a person has wronged you and deeply, that provides no excuse to do something wrong in return.
Not all people who use these are narcissists, most people despite wrong doing are good. Sometimes a friend or loved one means the right thing, That said, if someone hurts you and thier apology is comprised largely of one of these do not accept it.
All people need to be held accountable for their own actions, most of us are not monsters. We have to be able to say a tough truth without weaving destructive narratives about other people.
This page is about promoting healing. We all have the ability to do great good and great evil, a few bad deeds should not wash away the good nor vice versa.

It is okay to step outside of emotional land mines. When someone approaches you in conflict rather than cooperation, it is okay to respect your own boundaries.
We all struggle with shame gremlins, the first step towards self healing is knowing what they are.

Let's make the world a better place

Alex gojo :)
kids especially struggle with this, fear and shame can overcome our ability to create. We have to see ourselves as improving rather than a stack of flaws.
Whatever you are doing in your daily life, give yourself the benefit of seeing more in what you are creating.
we all carry burdens and a past, the important thing is to see the entire person instead of what they have gone through.
We can change the way we approach problems, kids and especially those from broken homes may not have the emotional tool kit to deal these issues.
Find a person and help identify toxic behavior. The process is slow but we can make a difference day by day.
We at E-graphics want nothing more than for children and adults to have open and honest communication.
