The Sky Monkeys Story...
At Sky Monkeys, we create clothing and accessories for the aerials obsessed. Our range of items offers you a way to share your passion, and bring that extra bit of fun to your training sessions and daily life, helping you keep your head in the clouds, wherever you are!
Now, for the story of how it all started in the words of our founding Sky Monkey:
After falling in love with the the circus a few years ago, I was training every week at rope, silks, and trapeze until I was taken out of action by a health problem and in need of surgery to fix it. In spite of it all, I knew that things would improve again, and I wanted to do something to keep my head in the clouds ready for the day I would return. That was when Sky Monkeys was born!
When the real thing wasn’t an option, I could enjoy creating designs that would remind me of the joy that trapeze, hoop, rope and silks had brought, have a fantastic excuse to follow the exploits of performers around the world for inspiration, and offer something back to a community I’m so fond of.
From trapeze-themed apparel, to hoop design phone cases, and now even to silks necklaces, if you love aerials, there's something here for you. And if there isn't... There probably will be soon as we add new designs all the time!
