I don’t know about y'all but as a teacher, it feels like the self-care PDs I am required to go to never actually help. They always say do something for "you". Go run 2 miles each morning and then take an hour a day for yourself. Well, I don’t run and I barely have 2 minutes to p*e in between classes let alone find an hour of time for myself.
