Hi everyone, through these intense times returning to love with a simple self Reiki session is so grounding. I would love to share a little bit about my passion for energy balancing and how starting a self practice while we are not able to access our healers and body workers face to face may provide some balance to you during your journey into motherhood.

Gemma is a birth and postnatal doula, pregnancy and postnatal massage therapist, reiki practitioner, and an amazing cook cooking incredible food for her mama’s. Gemma is a mother of two boys and lives in Sussex.
Eva is a birth doula, sacred drum practitioner - focusing her drum practitioner work on pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Celebrant specifically focused women’s ceremonies and reclaiming lost spiritual traditions.
