🍫Bank Holiday Brownie Cake! 🍫

Celebrating two amazing parkrun milestones with a brownie cake! It was an absolute pleasure and great fun creating something different to celebrate a 100th and 300th milestone.

These were chunky, biscoff filled, triple chocolate brownies, covered in white chocolate, biscoff sauce, decorated in various toppers with a parkrun theme.

They were a great treat after a dinosaur themed run at Bushy parkrun! 🦕❤️🍰

🌈Early Risers Annual Pride Run,🌈

Had the privilege of making lots of cupcakes for an amazing running group, 'The Early Risers'.

For their annual pride run I got to create some wonderful vanilla cupcakes decorated in colourful buttercream lightly sprinkled with gold glitter (hard to see in the photo) and a custom logo topper! Despite the heat they turned out OK! 🌞

It looked great fun! Thank you so much 🌈❤️💜x

🍪Cookie Monster & Elmo Cupcakes!🍪

Nom nom nom! These tasty and fun cupcakes were for a wonderful friend 's grandchildren. Vanilla cupcakes decorated in colourful vanilla buttercream, edible eyes and cookies! 😋

These were great fun to make and I accidently made too many, so more to munch on 🤤

🎮🎈Minecraft Birthday! 🎈🎮

A fun birthday cake for my husband! Yes we are adults and yes a bunch of us play Minecraft most evenings, so I had to create a bespoke Minecraft themed cake for him 😊.

A banana and chocolate cake, filled with chocolate and buttercream filling, coated in chocolate butter cream and tiled square fondant. His Minecraft character and other figures in the game are on top.

Loved making this and eating it 😝🎂🍰🎉

🎉🏃🌳500th Parkrun!! 🌳🏃🎉

I always adore making Parkrun milestone cakes, as they are fun and a great way to celebrate the hard work put in to get there.

These 3 cakes were made for Grant Curley's 500th Parkrun at Wycombe Rye parkrun at the weekend.

Did you know it takes around 10 years to consistently do parkrun to get to 500!? 🤯. That's a lot of effort and commitment 💜, worthy of cake.

2 delicious vanilla cakes for parkrunners and a vanilla, buttercream and jam cake for the family to take home and enjoy after (great idea! 😝).

Huge congratulations to Grant and happy cake eating! 💜🍰🎉🎉

I always enjoy doing Parkrun milestone cakes, and was particularly honoured to be commissioned for this one. A 100th milestone for a wonderful friend at Wycombe Rye parkrun!

She always wears bright funky gear and is a happy up- lifting woman. The colours and glitter used represent her style and personality. Complete with a figure on top 😊!

Improving skills!

I have been practicing my cupcakes and rainbow piping. It's always nice to spend time to improve my skills and I thoroughly enjoyed doing these and creating something new.

These are fluffy vanilla cupcakes, with a filling of jam or lemon curd, topped with a rainbow buttercream 🍰.

Happy Monday everyone! A great way to wake up is nothing better than a coffee and a bagel.

With it being pride month I wanted to bake up something colourful and bright.

🌈These are new rainbow bagels 🌈

Soft and fluffy inside with a slight chewy crunchy exterior. Perfect savoury, warm with butter or sweet, with cream cheese and raspberries drizzled in a tangy raspberry sauce!

I loved doing these! ❤️

These can be frozen for easy storage... If they last that long 😉

I made a large 3 layer carrot cake for a friend's birthday! A super moist cake, packed with grated carrots, (that definitely makes it healthy 😜) raisins, chopped nuts and spices. All decorated with hand piping and more carrots.

This cake is one of my favourites and tasted devine.

After being transported for hours up north it was finally decorated with some rude cake toppers . Apologies for any offence!

Got the ice cream🍧 machine out and have been testing out some flavours and methods! Definitely needed on a day like this🔥

Biscoff and coconut and strawberry are on the cards today 🍓. Both of these are also DAIRY FREE! I'm lactose intolerant so the bases of my ice creams are dairy free 😊

Made these gourmet brownies for a raffle winner, for a couple of friends who were raising money for a charity called MACS, when running the London marathon! Well done Mireille Gagnon and Holly, you raised an amazing amount and did a fantastic job! 👏

These chunky brownies were a mix of triple chocolate, stuffed with biscoff and kinder filling 🤤❤️

🎉🎂18th birthday cake 🎂🎉

My first proper drip cake! I was asked to create a chocolate cake with marshmallows as the theme, for an 18th birthday.

The cake contains three chocolate sponges, layered with chocolate buttercream and a chocolate filling, decorated in marshmallows, sprinkles and more.

Throughly enjoyed making this cake ❤️😊.

Had the pleasure of baking these for someone to take into work on their last day this week.

It's nearly the end of what's felt like a long week and all I can think of is cake! So here are a couple of bakes I didn't post before, one i did for my birthday cake and some Christmas chunky brookies! 🤤

It's Saturday which meant Wycombe Rye parkrun this morning! For me it was to deliver this cake for a wonderful woman's 60th birthday.

The brief was to have two of the same cake with figures of her wearing her club running t shirt, a dog and have it parkrun related 😊.

First time doing figures and I think it went okay! These were a soft vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream.

Lots of people turned up in bright orange club t shirts from Penn Pacers as it was all a surprise.

Really enjoyed baking and decorating these! ❤️

Not posted for a while as i moved house but I am back!

I loved baking these Easter brownies for two orders. A mix of triple chocolate and white chocolate and caramel. Both rich, gooey and delicious! Really enjoyed and had fun making these.

Raccoons Kitchen and I had fun at the Friends of Stokenchurch Primary Xmas fair Saturday. We baked a variety of things such as brownies, cupcakes, Millionaire's shortbread, vegan fudge, vegan cookies and more!

There were some great stalls there and it felt very festive! 🌲

Thank you so much to those who came and bought from us. Especially to my friends who came by too ❤️.

We both love doing this and look forward to next time! 🌲🎅☃️

It's getting closer! Only two days left till the Friends of Stokenchurch Primary Xmas fair!

There will ll be a wonderful mix of stalls include myself and Raccoons Kitchen. We will be making a variety of yummy Christmas home baked treats with a couple of vegan ones too!

Loved making these cakes a few weeks ago, for a couple of friend's Parkrun milestones! A 250 and 50th cake. Both chocolate cakes, surrounded by triple chocolate biscoff Brownies. They got eaten all very quickly 🍰 🍫 well done to them both and thank you! ♥

Did these a few weeks ago but had the honour to bake these mixed, chunky Brownies as well as ice cream, for a great coach at a gym I go to.

The sun has been peeping out ☀ which means it is nearly ice cream season!

I have been spending a lot of time experimenting and creating many drooling, indulgent homemade ice creams, using my ice cream maker 🍦. From rich chocolatey Brownies, to biscoff, strawberry, lemon merengue and fresh mint choc chip! Yummy 😋. These have all been used with almond and oat milk as well.

These are ready and can be ordered in the summer, once I have more info and prices 😊

Last weekend I was commissioned to make a variety of different Brownies, by a lovely lady for her husband's 50th birthday!

Really enjoyed making these! ..the flavours ranged from triple chocolate stuffed with biscoff spread, to mini egg filled with cream eggs on top! 🐥
