Job Title: Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the strategic financial success of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:
- Lead the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and processes.

2. Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled accountants, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development.

3. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets.
- Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

5. Auditing:
- Coordinate and manage the external audit process.
- Implement audit recommendations and improve internal controls.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accountant Manager or similar role.
- Fluent in Arabic.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Job Title: Field Engineer III ALS

Sector: Oil and Gas

Location: Erbil

◇ Responsibilities:

● Technical Expertise:

- Demonstrate a high standard of technical knowledge in the field, meeting defined competencies.
- Utilize and apply MS Computer Software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint effectively.

● Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with safety management principles and corporate regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QHSE Management systems.

● Customer Service:

- Exhibit strong customer service skills, including effective communication, active listening, and commitment to follow-through.
- Maximize business opportunities by providing technical solutions and client support.

● Training and Development:

- Train local staff to carry out job responsibilities independently at client locations.
- Share experience and knowledge to enhance the skills of subordinate staff.

● Oilfield Operations:

- Apply a minimum of 4 years of experience related to oilfield operations.
- Work in a high H2S oil & gas facility, if possible.
- Contribute to projects and ensure successful project ex*****on.

● Equipment Maintenance:

- Take responsibility for the maintenance of equipment to ensure safe job performance.
- Uphold the highest quality of service delivery to clients.

◇ Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, with a focus on the relevant field.
- Excellent English language communication skills (spoken & written).
- Proficient in MS Computer Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of web-based ERP systems (JD Edwards).
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety practices.

◇ Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years' experience in oilfield operations.
- Previous experience in a high H2S oil & gas facility is desirable.
- Proven experience working in a project environment.
- Experience in training and supervising subordinate staff.

◇ Reporting Structure:

The ALS Senior Field Engineer reports directly to the ALS Operations Manager.
