Pano niya mababago ang hirap na binigay ng Father niya sa mga Pinoy, na isa sa mga nagsimula ng 5’6 PAUTANG sa Pinas! So, gumawa sila ng 56 tips to becoming rich. Since new year naman and most of us hoping for the best this 2024! At for sure ang ultimate goal kaya kayo nag full time ay maging part ng Management Team at maging CEO ng sarili niyong Branch!

Baka lang may mga nag-iisip dito ng mga ganitong bagay…

1. Nako wala pa kong numbers, possible ba na mag UM ako this year?

2. Nako di pa ko achiever, wala pa din recruit, nag fulltime monday agent na ko. Kaya ko ba talaga?

3. Parang di pa ko ready sa UMship! Dami ko iniisip kong kakayanin ko ba?

Look at the story of UM Julie! ✨

Finance head na yan sa Corpo. Pero ginive up niya ang okay na sarili at sumugal mag full time ng Aug 2022 WITHOUT NUMBERS! Wala pang Branch Achiever + 1 recruit! Yan lang ang meron siya. (Yung reason why siya tumalon, abangan na lang sa sharing niya. Invite niyo siya haha)

Di rin naging sobrang bilis ang journey sa pagbuo ng team! Maraming hirap sa una kase trial and error pa din. Pero imagine in a year of focus and grit, ang daming pwedeng mangyari!

Ending 2023 na check lahat ng UMship parameters! Started from literally SCRATCH to ending up as UM-OJT! Proud of you Juls! 😍

Significant change = significant result

If you are the same person as last year, same result lang din makukuha mo.

But, If you embrace “change” and willing to sacrifice na gawin ang mga bagay outside your comfort zone, you will “grow” and achieve amazing “result”!
